Colloquium Fees

The Colloquium fee, which includes bed and breakfast for four nights, reception on the first night, lunch, evening meals, scientific excursion and the Colloquium Dinner are as follows:

1. Single room: €850 per person

The fee cannot be reduced whatever the actual length of your stay.

The deadline for booking is Friday, July 24th, 2009.

After this date the fee will be raised to:

1. Single room: €950 per person

We regret that no registration can be guaranteed after July 24th.

Registration and Payment details

If this is not possible, we can accept an international bank draft in euro (€) which should be sent with the registration form.

The completed form may be sent to the ECQTG09 Administrator either by post or by fax if you are paying by credit card; any forms with attached bank drafts should be sent by post only.

Refunds

100% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to and including 24th July 2009; the sum of €30 will be deducted for administrative costs.

50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between 24th July 2009 and 14th August 2009 inclusive.

The local organising committee regrets that no refund can be issued for cancellations received on 15th August 2009 or after.
