Travel information

Maynooth is just over 30km west of Dublin. You can fly to Dublin Airport and travel by public transport to Maynooth; you can hire a car at the airport if you wish for a little more freedom. There are also ferries to Dublin Port, Dun Laoghaire, and Rosslare for those of you who wish to bring a car

Flying to Dublin
Maynooth is about 35km from Dublin Airport. A taxi from the Airport to Maynooth will be around €60-70. The 747 Airlink bus will take you to Busáras (Dublin Bus Station) which is 5 minutes walk from Connolly railway station. The Airlink buses run every few minutes from the stop immediately outside the Arrivals Hall.

    EasyJet does not fly to Dublin but does fly to Belfast.

    Trains
    Connolly Station in Amiens Street has direct trains to Maynooth. The journey time is between 35 and 45 minutes. Tickets (single and return) can be bought from the ticket office at Connolly Station or the ticket machines on the concourse.
