Geocomputation Registration
The Registration Fees are as follows:

Registration fee includes conference attendance, e-proceedings and other documentation, coffee/tea during breaks, lunches (on Mon and Tue), ice-breaker buffet (Mon evening), conference dinner (Tuesday evening) and bus transfer to/from Dublin airport to Maynooth.
To be eligible for the student fee, the participants need to present a valid proof of their student status (undergraduate/postgraduate/PhD students) when registering, i.e. a certificate from their university, a copy of a student ID card or similar.

If you are a national of a non-EU country, you might need a visa to enter Ireland. This might apply to you even if you are living in another EU country at the moment, as Ireland is not part of the Schengen area. Please, see this page for more information and make visa arrangements in good time before the conference.
Accomodation
Accomodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Participants will need to arrange their own accomodation and contact the hotels/B&Bs in Maynooth directly.

Important: When booking a room at the Glenroyal, you must mention that you are attending the Geocomputation 2007 conference organised by the NCG if you wish to avail of this price.

Special Geocomputation price (available 2-5 Sept 2007), two room types:
- regular ensuite room on the South Campus, single occupancy, 50 EUR/night,
- ensuite room in a student apartment on the North Campus, single occupancy, 34 EUR/night.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be ordered for additional 6.5 EUR per day.
Important: When booking a room with Campus Accommodation, you must mention that you are attending the Geocomputation 2007 conference organised by the NCG if you wish to avail of these prices. Please notice that the availability of rooms at Campus Accomodation can only be guaranteed for conference participants until July 20, 2007. Therefore, please, book early if you wish to stay here.
